Mr. Kessler earned his Bachelor’s degree at Miami University in 1976, completed his JD at Capital University in 1979, and earned his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Capital University in 1990.

Additionally, Mr. Kessler became a Certified Public Accountant in 1978.
