Join a collaborative team working to help businesses protect their interests and grow their opportunities

Gertsburg Licata is a fast-growing legal and strategic advisory firm, and we’re always looking for entrepreneurial staff and business-minded attorneys to join the team.

Just as important as what we do is the environment in which we do it. Scroll down to learn more about our company culture and see a list of our current job openings.

Who We Are

We strive to create a dedicated and engaged culture that is quite different from traditional law firms. Our team works by a code of conduct that emphasizes mutual respect and collaboration between all staff members, and we are always looking for talented individuals who are highly creative and entrepreneurial to join our team.

Our Values

Our values influence everything we do—from how we work together as a team, to how we service our clients. Here's what keeps us motivated:

There is always a better mousetrap.

That’s why we challenge ourselves to think bigger, work smarter, embrace technology and default toward action in order to develop inventive solutions to challenging problems.

Listen, learn, confirm, repeat.

Without a strident dedication to hear your goals, articulate every possible solution, and provide consistent feedback and updates—before, during and after a project—everything else falls short (and we never fall short).

Say it; then do it.

We are accountable for our undertakings and build trust when we are proactive, reliable, and execute every task – big or small – with a fierce dedication to excellence.

ABC – Always. Be. Connecting.

We’re relationship builders and silo breakers and produce the best results when we integrate across teams, welcome partnerships, and continually grow and strengthen our networks, inside and outside the office.
