Keys to Your Success

Your Background:

• At least 10+ years of experience as an attorney with an Ohio bar license (this is required!) 
• Experience working with complex corporate transactions, including but not limited to contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counseling
• Some portable business that you can bring to our practice 
• Experience maintaining confidentiality of information 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• You have a strong network of portable business and are ready to hit the ground running!
• You are self-motivated and have an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data
• You have excellent customer services skills and the ability to communicate effectively and explain legal concepts to non-legal individuals
• You are highly collaborative, flexible, and tenacious
• You are an organized multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet 
• You have fantastic project management and problem-solving skills 
• You are a reliable teammate willing to help out others and adapt well when there is ambiguity
