DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL

Our client, a fast-growing management company of a consumer automotive sales group is looking for a Deputy General Counsel to join their collegial legal team. Ideal candidates will have at least 6+ years of corporate/transactional experience, strong managerial skills, and meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial contracts. In this role, the general counsel will be responsible for providing hands-on counsel to all levels of our staff and managing the operations of the legal department. Litigation experience is preferred. 

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Our client, a Cleveland-based automotive dealership is looking for a Marketing Director who has experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be very tech-savvy, a confident decision-maker, and have a creative thinking process. In this role, the director will work with other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies and measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth to the next level. Marketing experience and knowledge of social media scheduling software are highly preferred.

AUTOMOTIVE GROUP CONTROLLER

Our client, a Cleveland-based automotive dealership is looking for a Group Controller with knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting procedures; previous Dealer Management System and/or QuickBooks experience is a plus. The candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the controller will coordinate and assist the CFO to develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 3 to 5 years of related accounting experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY PRE-OWNED AUTOMOTIVE

Our client, a premier high line automotive sales group in NE Ohio, is seeking an outgoing and energetic Automotive General Manager with a minimum of 5 years of luxury car and pre-owned experience in a Managerial role to manage and lead their sales and operations staff. Previous automotive sales, finance, accounting, and general management experience are must with verifiable references and proven work history of success! We seek a self-starter with the ability to manage efficiently and effectively and has knowledge of insurance. 

SALES MANAGER – LUXURY PRE-OWNED AUTOMOTIVE

Our client, a premier high line automotive sales group in NE Ohio, is seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of luxury car and pre-owned experience in a sales manager role to join their team. The manager will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. Prior Luxury GSM and Finance experience required. Administrative goals for this position are to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Experience with Vinsolutions and Autosoft is a plus.

ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTANT

Our client, a local CPA firm located in Northeast Ohio, is seeking an associate accountant to work with a variety of small to mid-size companies for accounting, taxation, and tax planning. The firm is structured to provide leadership in achieving high-quality professional performance while maintaining the concept of individual responsibility and freedom. The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting including but not limited to the preparation of Federal, State, and local tax returns, extensions, and quarterly payments. As well as technology skills including proficiency with QuickBooks software and Excel. CPA is a plus.
