So . . . I usually end most conversations by asking, “Is there anything in the world I can help you with?”.

If you asked me that question right now, here’s how I’d answer:

First the big news. Our book, The Lawsuit-Free Company is NOW AVAILABLE on Amazon! It’s the ultimate guide for business owners to keep their businesses OUT OF COURT!

We’re pretty psyched about it.

Second, here are the Needs:

We’re still looking for a integrator / COO for our company. Must have a professional services background, executive leadership experience, and must be local.

Our office building still has some really nice space available with some flexible leasing options. Here is some information about the building.  It’s a fantastic location and ready-to-move-in or build-out.  Three different floor plans, anywhere from 3,000 to 14,000 square feet available.  We are paying a finder’s fee of $5k to anyone who sends us a tenant that takes up to 7,500 square feet of space, and $10,000 to anyone who sends a tenant who takes more than that.

Lastly, here’s a Lead:  Lou and I have been called upon several times this year to tell our merger story and coach lawyers who are contemplating retirement or a law firm merger. In several cases, we have become their succession plan.  If you know any lawyers who are thinking about retirement or otherwise transitioning their practice, we can help them, especially if they are practicing business law, real estate, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, family law and criminal defense.
