House Bill 523, signed into law in 2016, legalized medical marijuana in Ohio and was intended to roll out this September. How will this affect local business owners within and outside of the medical marijuana industry? GLF attorney Nicholas Weiss has been keeping his finger on the pulse of the new law and preparing businesses for its impact.
