Biography

Mr. Thomas completes both litigation and transactional work. In his role with the litigation group, Mr. Thomas focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and real estate-related claims. On the transactional front, Mr. Thomas focuses on assisting companies as they expand and grow their business and providing companies with support and guidance in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Mr. Thomas is a resident of Lakewood, Ohio, an avid outdoorsman, and trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Education

Mr. Thomas received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2021. He received his undergraduate degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Dayton with a minor in Management Information Systems. Mr. Thomas is also a proud graduate of Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio.

Prior to law school, Mr. Thomas worked in a management role for Polaris Inc. in Vermillion, South Dakota, and as a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst for DHL Supply Chain for Fiat Chrysler Mopar in Detroit, Michigan.

While at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Mr. Thomas externed with the office of an in-house legal team for an auto services company, clerked for a white-collar criminal defense law firm, and was a student-associate in Cleveland Marshall’s transactional law clinic.
